Position: Remote Bookkeeper

In this role, you will be tasked with ensuring accurate financial records and handling diverse accounting responsibilities with a commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and punctuality.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes comprehensively.
- Review financial reports for accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and rectify discrepancies in income and expense accounts.
- Prepare and submit Sales & Use, Property, and City/County Annual Taxes.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payroll tax remittances.
- Collaborate effectively within the team while maintaining exceptional organization and precision.
- Exemplify excellent time management skills and prioritize deadlines efficiently.
Required Skills
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and tax filings.
- Capable of resolving discrepancies and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Prior experience in payroll management is advantageous.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Qualifications
